- We offer 72 hour turnaround in Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fruit Cove,
Orangedale, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine and Julington Creek.
- Three to five day turnaround in other counties, unless prior
arrangements have been made.
- Due to the increased price of gas, we charge a 65 cents per mile round
trip additional fee for all service of process involving greater than 25 miles
distance from our office. This includes remote areas in Clay, Nassau,
Baker and Putnam county.
- Notarized proof of service promptly returned (your form or our form)

- Rush filing of your legal papers $50.00 ($40.00 routine)

- Additional service of process (different defendant/different
case/additional set of papers or DBA) at same address $60.00 and includes a 2nd notarized affidavit.

Foreign Jurisdiction - Out of State Subpoena
Service. Domestication of your foreign subpoena and service of process.
- This package includes stamped subpoena
issued by the Clerk of the Court, service of process, and filing of
affidavit.
- We will handle everything for you but you must supply us with an
unsigned subpoena from your jurisdiction and original court documents
(notarized) from your jurisdiction authorizing service of process in our
jurisdiction (letters rogatory). The judge's order will come back to
you as a copy so it is your responsibility to get it notarized as a TRUE
COPY so that our court clerk will accept it. Failure to provide us
with notarized copies and an ORIGINAL subpoena (unsigned) will cause our
clerk to reject your subpoena.
- After we domesticate your subpoena and file it, we will then serve
it, prepare the affidavit and file the original subpoena and affidavit with
the court.
- This service is available only in Saint Johns' County, Duval County,
Nassau and Clay County.
