Service of Process - $75.00

• 72 hour turnaround in Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fruit Cove, Orangedale, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine and Julington Creek.
• Three to five day turnaround in other counties, unless prior arrangements have been made. 
• Due to the increased price of gas, we charge 65 cents per mile round trip as an additional fee for all service of process involving greater than 25 miles distance from our office.   This includes remote rural areas in Clay, Nassau, Baker and Putnam county.
• Notarized proof of service promptly returned (your form or our form)
• Search for defendant - $50.00
• Address verification - $25.00
• Photography - base price plus $10.00.
• Signed acknowledgment from defendant (when possible)
• Additional service of process (same defendant) at same address is $25.00 and includes a 2nd notarized affidavit.
• Additional service of process (different defendant) at same address is $50.00 and includes a 2nd notarized affidavit unless substittue service is not permitted.  If we can not sub serve, and your defendant must be personally individually served, the fee is $75.00 each defendant.

• Same day or next day service always available (additional fee).  Rush service begins from the time your papers arrive at our office.  We are not responsible for delays in receiving the documents from your carrier, but we will serve the papers as agreed once we receive them.

Foreign Jurisdiction - Out of State Subpoena Service.

•  This package includes stamped subpoena issued by the Clerk of the Court, service of process, and filing of affidavit.
•   You must supply us with an original subpoena from your jurisdiction, whether it be Federal or Circuit court.  It must be filled out with the case caption but it must not be signed  nor dated by your attorney or your clerk.  It must be an ORIGINAL.  The clerk of the Florida court will sign and date it.  You must provide the Letter Rogatory or Request from your jurisdiction to request the documents and it must be an original or a TRUE STAMPED copy signed by the judge or it will be rejected.  We also require a Commission for private process server due in order to expedite service of process.
•  We will handle everything for you for a fee of $175.00 plus a $2.00 check to the Clerk of the Court.
