• guaranteed first attempt within 72 hours after receipt

• 4 attempts, first attempt in the afternoon, then an early morning, a late evening and a Saturday.

• photos - we will take a photo of the premises and if possible, of the defendant served.

• we will obtain a "signature" of acceptance of the documents, if the party agrees to sign.

• we will keep in touch with you and notify you of any problems before we non-serve

• if you provide us an address that is bad, we will do our best to correct it while making the attempt at no additional fee.

• if the party has moved, we will call you and ask if you wish us to serve at a second address if it is in our area.  If you agree, we will do a complimentary skip trace and then serve the papers for a second fee.

• when served, we will provide a proof of service or use your proof if you request, and notarize and mail the proof within 3 to 5 days (sooner if requested in advance).

• all payments for service must be paid in advance.

• at the time of your rush order you will be quoted a fee.   Please include in your confirming e-mail that you agree to the fee and then please place the fee into the mail so that it is in our office prior to the completion of your job.

• we will scan your proof to you prior to mailing at your request providing payment has been received or payment arrangements have been made.

Premier Rush Service:

• Service received via e-mail or Fed-Ex to our office

• Files up to 15 pages are accepted w/o printing fee, above 15 pages - fee is 20 cents per page.

• Payment may be made via our Pay - Pal account ( you do not need to be a Pay Pal member - all you need is a credit card) or you may overnight the check to our office.

• Same day rush service - job completed and proof scan and mailed the SAME DAY.  $125

• Next day rush service - job completed the next day and proof scan and mailed the NEXT DAY $100

• With our premier rush service, we make 2 attempts on the first day and 2 on the second day, one in the morning and one in the evening with free skip trace if necessary, for a total 4 attempts, with photo.

• If you want your proof mailed back to you quickly, please provide your Fed Ex or UPS label or account number.

Standard Rush Service: $100.00

• Standard rush service is guaranteed service within the next 48 hours with one attempt made on each day for a total of four attempts and return of your notarized proof of service within 2-3 days or sooner if requested in advance.

Hard to Serve:  $125.00

• We will ask you to provide a photo if available and to provide all information you have about the party to be served and the problems you may have had getting the party served. 

• We will go to the address provided knowing that this is a difficult serve and will employ our most experienced investigative process servers to ensure a quick and good serve according to the laws of your state.

• We have a 99% success rate but if your paper cannot be served we will provide you with a detailed affidavit of due diligence and non-service and digital and print photos taken at each attempt which should enable you to get alternate service approved by the court.  We will then post or mail or subserve your documents for a reduced fee of $50.00

Domestication of your judgment or subpoena: $125.00 (package price)

• When you employ us to domesticate your subpoena or judgment, and upon receipt of payment in full, we will advise you of the necessary steps to prepare your documents.

• The first step will involve your obtaining a court order to take the subpoena in the State of Florida.  You must have a notarized original and have filed and served your Notice of Taking Deposition.

• We will rush file it on the same day received, and serve it within 24 hours.

Travel Notary without an additional witness:   $75.00

• We will come to your location to notarize your legal documents.

Travel Notary with an additional witness:   $100.00

• Two notaries (one acting as a witness) will come to  your location to witness and notarize your legal documents.

Assistance in Preparing Deeds, Wills, Power of Attorney, Florida Surrogate Health Care Custodian, etc. $100.00-$200

• Our paralegal will provide the forms and help you fill in the forms and obtain the proper signatures with witnesses and sufficient copies.  We will perform more than one notarial act for the advertised fee. The fee includes travel to your site, two notaries (one acting as a witness), and time at your location for you to fill in the forms. 

• Payment is required in advance or at the time of the services received.

• The fee is based upon the complexity of the job, the number of forms, and the services you request.

Property Inspections and posting of notices - $45 - $60

• Within 72 hours of receiving your job, we will make an inspection of a property, take photos, interview the occupants, obtain employment information and phone numbers (if possible) and scan a report with digital photos to you via e-mail or mail.  $45.00

• Same as above but completed within 24  hours $60

• Outside of our 25 mile radius - additional $10

Filing of Bids $125-$200

• We are experienced at filing bids that "MUST" be filed on a certain date and time.  The fee is based upon the amount of advance notice we receive, the miles to the bid site and other unique job specifications. 

Private Investigations - fee varies according to the job

    (average total fee $300)

• Our private investigator is ready to assist your company with workman's compensation interviews, insurance interviews, and accident interviews. 

• The fee is based upon the complexity of the job and the number of hours required.  We have the most expensive recorders (permission must be obtained in Florida) and photography equipment available for your  job.

• Our private investigator is experienced in writing detailed legal reports that accurately report on the results of the interview or the activities under surveillance.

• Our office does not do marital or child custody surveillance.

EVICTION SERVICES - varies

• We will handle the entire process for you for one affordable all inclusive fee.

• We are not attorneys - you will have to appear in court as a "pro-se" plaintiff if the tenant refuses to move.  Please note that 99% of tenants being evicted for non-payment of rent move out either after the 3 day notice or after being served the summons and complaint for eviction.

• We offer specialized eviction packages tailored to your needs at a price you can afford.
