Instructions for sending your papers
- Please send two
copies of your papers.
- If out of state,
please indicate if the original summons gets served, or a copy of the
summons as state rules vary.

We request payment in advance.
Attorneys or other process servers may pay by company check. If this
is a rush, we will accept your
purchase order (must be on company letterhead) that includes the phrase
"We promise to pay you".

Pro-Se clients: please pay via US Money Order in advance or by Pay Pal.

Make check or money order payable to "11th Hour"

If you want your papers returned quickly, please enclose your
Fed Ex shipping label or account number.

We will prepare an affidavit of service at no additional charge or use your
affidavit. Please specify your preference.

Please enclose your name and phone number so we may contact
you. We will make 4 attempts to serve your papers. After the 4th
attempt, we will prepare an affidavit of Due Diligence. We will also
call and ask if you want us to continue attempting service, at an additional
fee.

Please do not send us your papers without first calling us so that
we are expecting your job and give it the priority service that you
deserve.

We serve U.S. District Court
summons and subpoenas, and papers from county and circuit courts throughout
the country. We will serve the papers according to your
instructions. Out of state papers will be served according to your
State rules, Florida rules or we will serve the papers according to your
instructions. All citations from Texas are personally served at all
times.
